About Us

InterFlow was founded by Dutch expat Monique Ravesloot. Born and raised in a rural town in the East of the Netherlands, Monique has worked over two decades with European and American multinational organizations, governments and non-profits, consulting leaders on strategic growth, by activating innovation, enhancing strategic thinking, building cross cultural relationships, thinking BIG, and driving profound, systemic change that helps businesses thrive and people prosper. 

In 2009 she moved to the US and founded EquineFlow, an organization for horse guided human development and strategically grew it into the largest Equine Assisted Coaching and Training Institute in the US, without compromising her values and integrity, or losing her mind in the process. 

The non verbal aspect of 30 years of working with horses who others saw as dangerous, attuned her intuition to picking up the unspoken, hidden elements in processes and people that show the root source of conflict and stagnation, even and especially when thoughts seem squirrely and feelings seem swirly. 

Monique launched InterFlow Inc. in 2020 to serve CEOs, Entrepreneurs, Attorneys and Government Leaders to meet their evolving needs for a sparring partner that can help them think BIG and achieve Bold, sustainable growth. She works locally in Greenville, SC and Eindhoven, The Netherlands, as well as with  clients from Florida, to Illinois, Las Vegas, and the UK. 

Monique is a mom to son Finn, and partner to Mark. She is trilingual, has traveled the world solo, is a life long student of the human experience, and carries scars from lived experiences that she learned to integrate and use for growth. She lives together with a herd of free roaming horses, cats, dogs and turkeys under 7 ancient oak trees, on her farm WolfOak in South Carolina.
