About Us

InterFlow was founded by Dutch expat and Master Coach Monique Ravesloot. Born and raised in the Netherlands, Monique worked over a decade with European multinational companies, coaching their executives on optimizing performance, enhancing inter personal relationship skills, thinking BIG, and driving profound, systemic change.  

In 2009 she founded EquineFlow, a company that offers horse guided human development to leaders. EquineFlow grew quickly to become the largest Equine Assisted Coaching and Training Institute on the East Coast. 

Prior to founding EquineFlow she used her over 35  years of experience with horses and people, to resolve pervasive horse-human communication challenges. The non verbal aspect of horses, attuned her intuition to picking up the root source of perceived limitations in her clients, and how to get there to address it, even and especially when thoughts and feelings seem foggy or when other coaching approaches didn't get results. 

During the pandemic, some of her clients transitioned to working with her through Zoom, reporting powerful results. In response, Monique launched InterFlow Inc. in 2020 to meet their evolving needs and now coaches executives from Florida, to Illinois, and the UK. 

Monique is passionate about helping executives grow into conscious, effective, purpose driven change makers, by learning how to listen to and answer the call of the advanced knowing within. The InterFlow method unites logic, reason and rational, with intuition and a touch of woo-woo, by utilizing the neuroscientific foundation that underscores both. 

She meets executives where they are in their journey, to help them address whatever stands in the way of growth, in a non-judgmental, pragmatic, strategic and effective way.  

Monique is a mom to son Finn. She is trilingual, has traveled the world solo, is a life long student of the human experience, and is a domestic abuse survivor. She lives together with a herd of free roaming horses, cats, dogs and turkeys under 7 ancient oak trees, on her farm WolfOak in South Carolina.
